OSR is a regional HR Consulting firm that specializes in Executive Search, Human Capital Consulting and Learning & Development. Our Mission objective is to assist our clients in achieving their strategic and business objectives.

OSR was incorporated in November 1994 as an Executive Search company for Senior Management Staff (i.e. Chief Executive Officers, General Managers, and Managers). By 2008, over 600 successful executive search and placements have been completed. Our service areas have since expanded to include Human Capital Consulting and Learning & Development programs.

We believe in providing better value for our clients. We provide the same quality of work if not better than international consulting firms but with less investment costs from our clients. OUR CONSULTANTS TAHIR ALSREE - Chief Executive Officer

Tahir has more than 25 years experience in Human Resource management and consulting in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Prior to setting up OSR, he served leading international consulting firms including Hewitt Associates and The Wright Company in the areas of Executive Compensation & Benefits and Executive Search. He also served in various Human Resource functions for 5 years with Singapore Airlines.

Tahir graduated with Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo.

SHARIFAH NOR AINI SYED BAHAROM

Sharifah specialises in the recruitment of managers and professionals for local and multinational companies. Prior to joining OSR Management in January 2000, she served PETRONAS for 20 years in various functions including marketing, administration, contracts and operations. She headed the Coastal Tankers Operations department during her last 4 years with PETRONAS Dagangan.

Sharifah graduated with a Degree in Business Administration from the Universiti Teknologi MARA.

ADNAN HASHIM Adnan has more than 20 years experience in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining

OSR in December 2014, he served in various Human Resource functions at Allnex Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a multinational chemicals company for more than 18 years, leaving as Human Resource Manager - Malaysia. Among his previous achievements was to establish human resources policies. Adnan was a member of a Six Sigma’s global project.

Adnan graduated with a Diploma in Business Studies from University Teknologi MARA and a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from RMIT University, Australia.

NORALIZA A.AZIZ Noraliza specialises in the recruitment of managers and professionals for local and multinational

organisations. Prior to joining OSR Management in July 1997, she served NEC Sales (Malaysia), a leading multinational IT firm, for 5 years in various marketing and account management functions.

Noraliza graduated with a Diploma in Management from Universiti Malaya. She has completed numerous assignments in the IT, property & construction and manufacturing sector.
