Name of the Project : Rajeev Bhima Lift Irrigation Scheme Project, Lift II, (Stage I & II) Package no.36, Quality control / Quality assurance department, Kothakota, Mahbubnagar District, A.P.

Project details : To lift 1100 cusec of water (lift ht: 52mts) in 2 stages by 3 sets of 12MW capacity motors & pumps in stage 1 and 3 sets of 4MW capacity motors & pumps in stage 2, with all their required accessories.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Receipt inspection / Pre-dispatch inspection of electrical equipment. Involved in the erection, testing & commissioning works of 132kV double circuit

transmission lines LILO and switch yard. Involved in the erection, testing & commissioning works of 20/25MVA & 15/20MVA

transformers. Involved in erection and testing of various HT & LT panels, dry type transformers,

synchronous motors soft starters (FCMA, SFC) and battery chargers. Ensuring that all the Electrical site works are being carried out as per the approved

construction drawings and scope of work. Coordinating with Civil & Mechanical teams to ensure that there shall not be any

mismatch during erection of equipments. Checking, Verifying and confirming the Quality requirements of the above. Coordinating and Follow up with EPC Agency for corrective & preventive actions of

Non-Conformities. Preparation of checklists for various activities being carried out at site. Preparation of the Daily progress/inspection report for the work executed at site and

informing the same to the concerned department officials of Government. Preparing the Monthly reports of all the Electro-Mechanical activities during the month

and submitting it to the concerned Government departments.

Project details : All QA/QC site inspections in the MPT well pads, Bhagyam, CPF, MPT, NI2, Aishwarya etc.

Inspection and RFI verification of Installation of Transformer system , HT /LT-Panel , Bus duct , Instrumentation panels & JBs, transmitters , cable laying with termination, cable tray , valve installation , skid inspection, EHT system for heat tracing .

220KV GIS substation installation for the terminal and associate well pads. 33 KV – Over Head transmission line (10 Km) with Auto Re-closer system. 33kV RMU, VCB with LBS, VCB Alone panel with auto Re-closer & 33KV

underground cable laying. 33 KV operating E-House with All HT / LT/ HVAC/ ICS/Solar system & Telecom

System installation. 33KV Triple Pole / 4-Pole / DP/ Cable take Off Pole/Sectionalize Pole Structure 33 KV Bay Extension tie-up from 220 KV Substation. Transformers installation 2MVA/315 KVA/6.6KV // 0.433 KV, 11 KV /0.433KV Inspection and RFI verification of all the activities of E & I at Central Polymer Facilities

(CPF) site. Record and issue the punch points to the contractor for the rectification before the

commissioning activity. Inspection of the E & I equipments received in the ware house for their rediness to be used

at site. Installation of ESD , PCS panel , Instrument JB , Transmitters – PIT/PSIT/ FIT/

TIT/TE, Installation of Valves as per Drg, Installation Tubing of PIT/PSIT/ FIT/ TIT/TE, Installation of Valves as per hook up

drg. Loop checking of Instrument cable in between Control room to Transmitters with

intermediate JB. Leak test & hydro test of Tubing as per specification. Inspection of cable trays, conduit, instrument marshalling cabinets, LCP, Distribution

Box etc. Inspection of UG / above Ground Cable laying for verification of RFI. Cable Tray routing as per drawing and site condition. All the activities inspected reporting on the daily basis to the QC manager.

From June 2015 to September 2015

Project : Wind Mill Power Project of Renew Power, JOGIHALLI site, Quality control / Quality assurance department, Karnataka.

Project details : All QA/QC site inspections of internal and external 33KV lines, panels, tower installations, Machine Installations, material receipt etc.

Current status: (At Hyderabad office)

At Hyderabad office attending the factory inspection of the electrical items for the dispatch clearance like Cables, Transformers, battery banks, panel boards etc.
