The Sri Sri Youth Fest & children fest is one of Biggest Events provide

platform for youth and children to perform at STATE LEVEL. The Event Begins from Year,

2013 and it was inaugurate the most famous and holy personality by H. H . SRI SRI

RAVISHANKAR GURUJI himself. It was amazing moment for all of us and around 25000

participants and visitors were visited. Till then, we are organizing this event every year and

promoting children and youth strength.,

As you may be aware, the event is blessed by H. H. SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR

GURUJI, founder of Art of Living and it was personally flagged off by GURUJI in 2013. The

event then attracted a crowd of 25000 participants & spectators. We expect a greater response

this year too.

STALL FACILITIES

Following are the details related to stall facility:

1. Stall space of about 8ft.X 10ft. will be provided on college ground. (For One Day: -Rs. 1000) (Two days:- Rs. 1500)(Three days:-Rs.2000)

2. One desk, two chairs, two Focus electrical connections will be provided to the sponsors. 3. A group of volunteers will be available to assist the stall holders round the clock. 4. Advantages :-

Large space Separated area on ground where maximum crowd is expected to gather.

Facilities of electric connection, etc. Stalls will be place across institutions corridors.

DESK FACILITY

1. A Desk/bench will be provided to the sponsor to place their banner and attract crowd.

2. Sponsors can distribute their brochures, pamphlets, visiting cards and interact with audience face-to-face.

3. Desks will be placed across institutions corridors.
