The Universal Camera Strap enables a DSLR camera to be worn comfortably around the neck and shoulders by easily clipping onto either side of camera. As well as providing shock absorbing comfort, the neck strap is also adjustable in size and has a quick release system.

The DC Compact Mount allows the use of 37mm accessories on a compact camera. It has an adjustable housing to suit a lens depth of between 13mm to 35mm. This compact mount attaches via the camera’s tripod connection and has a 30mm lens diameter.

The Filter Wrenches are used to remove stubborn circular filters by using the two wrenches together to apply equal pressure to the filter ring, which prevents misshaping and bending the filter ring or camera thread.

The Flash Bracket Mount allows you to position a flash gun at a particular distance directly alongside the camera, which creates a better lighting environment that eliminates red eye and reduces shadow.

The Motion and Lightning Sensor is a sensory device that connects to the top of the designated camera body and triggers the camera’s shutter to capture a photograph at the moment of motion.

This trigger features two settings: Motion Mode and Lightning Mode. The Motion mode is used mainly in wildlife photography. For example, when an animal passes in front of the camera lens the device will detect the movement and capture the animal in motion. The Lightning mode is used to capture such movement as lightning and fireworks. Simply set the mode switch to ‘lightning’ and then setup the camera facing the area of movement, which will then trigger the camera shutter at a response time of 0.1millisecond.

The Shutter Release Brackets are primarily used in digiscoping, macro and landscape photography as it eliminates any form of camera shaking.

A bracket attaches to the base of the camera, which can then be attached to a tripod via the tripod mount slot.

Shutter Release Brackets

These Spirit Levels fit into the flash shoe socket of a camera and display whether the camera is level on all planes. An ideal way of checking the horizon level in landscape photography.

A White Balance Cap allows the camera to achieve accurate colour in difficult conditions. Just attach the White Balance Cap to the front of the lens, point the camera at a subject area and the incoming light is diffused to create an average white balance for a particular scene.

Certain camera lenses, mainly manual lenses, can be modified to fit another camera system preventing the use of adaptors with internal lens elements. However, each lens needs to be assessed with the intended camera system. Not all conversions are possible but it is always worth asking. If you’re not sure if your set up will work or simply want to chat about your lens adaptor options then phone us on 01582 661878, there is always someone here that can help you.

You will virtually always lose auto focus, though some bodies may give focus confirmation. Some adaptors have an internal lens, this is to compensate for the lens not being in the correct position. This has the side effect of increasing focal length of the lens by roughly 20%.

If you use a lens designed for a 35mm SLR on a digital SLR which has a sub 35mm sensor, you will get an effective focal length increase of around 60%. Add to this an adaptor with an internal lens and you virtually double the focal length of the lens.

Most bodies allow manual exposure or aperture priority auto. This is where the shutter speed is automatically set depending upon the amount of light coming through the lens. As you select smaller apertures the image in the view finder will get darker.

A fixed spacer ring extends the lens thread away from the camera, which can be required if the lens is obstructed when trying to use an accessory. Each one of the rings listed has an effective extension of about 6mm.

Rotating Spacer Rings

The rotating spacer rings are empty filter mounts that come without the filter retaining ring. They give approximately 8mm of spacing and allow for 360° rotation. Their construction makes them suitable for lightweight applications only.

Enlarging Lens Adaptor

The enlarging lens adaptors allow for the most common enlarging lens fitting (M39) to be used on other connections. The M39 enlarging lenses make good macro lenses when used with extension tubes or bellows, but they will need an enlarging lens adaptor to make this possible.

A Flat Step Ring is made up of an internal thread on one side and an external thread on the opposing side, which is used to keep the distance between a camera lens and an accessory minimal. These step rings can only be used to step down.

The T2 Mount Adaptors are designed to allow the use of special lenses on a DSLR camera, as well as allowing these special lenses to be used on macro accessories such as macro bellows and extension tubes.

The Bayonet Step Rings convert a camera bayonet into a screw thread fitting. If you require a Bayonet Step Ring that is not shown here, please contact us with your requirements and we can make one for you.

A T2 Step Ring converts the standard 42mm thread on a T2 Mount into a size that will fit the filter thread of your camera lens, acting as a normal step ring.

The SRB Photographic Astrophotography Adaptor Sets enable you to capture the night sky on your own camera by allowing the connection of a DSLR camera to a telescope eyepiece. By using this set, the view from the telescope eyepiece is projected onto the camera sensor.

The Celestron Universal Adaptor connects a DSLR or SLR camera body to a telescope with a 1.25” focuser or eyepiece adapter installed. The thread on the top of the Celestron Adaptor screws into a T2 Mount (sold separately) that is designed to attach to the desired camera. The barrel end of the Adaptor slides into the focuser, just like an eyepiece, and locks into place with the focuser or eyepiece adapter thumbscrew.

The Meade 64ST Adaptor is used for attaching a DSLR camera to the EXT-60, EXT-70 and EXT-80 Meade range of telescopes. This adaptor screws into the rear photo port of the EXT telescopes and features a standard T2 thread on the opposite side, which then allows for the connection of a T2 mount

Camdiox Circular Polarisers

Camdiox ND Fader Filters Camdiox Filters are produced with top quality German glass that also contains a super nano multi-layer that eliminates both flare and ghosting from photographs.

The Camdiox Circular Polariser Filters remove any unwanted glare and reflections from surfaces such as water and produces better colour saturation in images.

The Camdiox Neutral Density Fader Filters reduce the amount of light entering a camera lens with a range from 2Stops to 8Stops. The ND Fader has different stop reductions and can be rotated to the desired Stop.

The Camdiox ND1000 Filters are long exposure filters that reduces the amount of light entering the camera lens by approximately ten stops, resulting in a blurred or ghost-like effect.

The Blower Brush removes any dirt or dust that may be stuck in the camera equipment by blowing air down the stem and using the brush to assist in removing any stubborn dirt.

A DSLR bellows unit is an adjustable extension tube that fits between the camera lens and the camera body. By moving the lens further away from the camera body it reduces the focal distance and increases magnification. The focusing and exposure of these bellows can only be adjusted manually.

The SRB Photographic Close Up Lens Sets work by reducing the minimum focusing distance of a camera allowing you to focus more closely to the subject, which gives the image greater magnification. A Close Up Lens screws into the front of a camera lens, like a filter, which then lets the camera adjust the exposure and auto-focus of the image.

Coupling Rings are made up of two male threads so that a lens can be mounted in reverse onto another lens achieving powerful magnification.

The 10x close up lens is a 2-element lens with a power of 10 Dioptres, giving a maximum focus position of 10cm from the front of the lens with the focus scale set to infinity. This lens comes as a 58mm thread but it can be attached to a step ring to suit other sizes.

If you are looking for a bellows unit but can not find the right one for your camera then we can assist you by simply taking your existing bellows unit and converting it into the one that you require. We will need you to send us the bellows unit for examination so that we can give you a quotation.

However, some bellows units (such as BPM), have interchangeable mounts.

Extension tubes increase the distance between the camera body and the camera lens, which results in greater magnification and a closer focusing distance. These tubes, available in both manual and auto, move the lens further away from the camera and the front element closer to the subject.

The Manual Extension Tubes consist of three different sized extension tubes that contain no electrical connection between the camera body and the camera lens. Lenses with no aperture ring can only be used at full aperture.

The T2 extension tubes are mainly used to increase magnification when using a DSLR camera on microscopes or telescopes. These are used with the appropriate T2 Mount and T2 Reversing Ring Insert, or lens adaptor.

The LED Ring Light from JJC helps achieve better image quality in close up and macro photography by attaching to the front of the camera and producing enough light to eliminate unwanted shadow. Requires 4xAA batteries.

The LED Ring Light features a circular mechanism that controls the amount of light being given out, making it easy to dim the light when needed.

The C Mount extension tubes fit between the C-Mount camera body and the camera lens to achieve greater magnification.

The Auto Extension Tubes consist of three (unless stated) different sized tubes that are designed with all the circuitry and mechanical coupling to maintain auto focus and TTL auto exposure with most camera lenses given there is enough light to activate the cameras AF system properly.

Microscope AdaptorsThe SRB Photographic Microscope Adaptors allow for the use of a DSLR camera on a microscope to capture photographs of the subject through the microscope eyepiece. When using the SRB Microscope Set on a microscope you will be using a system called eyepiece projection, whereby the image that can be seen through the microscope’s eyepiece is projected onto the sensor of the camera. With this set up the lens will be removed from the DSLR, meaning that focusing will have to be controlled on the microscope. Microscope Extension Tubes are also included in these sets, which allow for greater magnification when used individually or together.

The SRB Photographic Reversing Rings allow a camera lens to be reverse mounted onto a camera body to achieve a magnified photograph. The reversing rings have a camera mount on one side and a screw thread on the opposing side.

The Auto Focus Reversing Ring is an electronic reversing ring that allows for a Canon camera lens to be reverse mounted onto a Canon EOS camera body whilst transmitting all of the data from the lens to the camera body, including auto focus.

The Lee Big Stopper is a high quality long exposure filter that dramatically stops light entering the camera lens by 10 stops. By greatly extending exposure times the Big Stopper has the effect of allowing anything that is moving in your image to become blurred or ghost like.

The Lee Little Stopper is a long exposure filter that reduces light entering the camera lens by 6 stops. At 6 stops, the Little Stopper is ideal for those low-light conditions at the beginning and end of the day (when the Big Stopper’s ten stops may prove too much).

Lee Polarisers

The Lee Filter Polarisers will remove potentially distracting reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as glass and water, whilst greatly increasing colour saturation.

There are two types of Lee Polarising filters: Linear and Circular.

The type of filter required depends on the camera. If you use an autofocus SLR (digital or 35mm) in, for example, spot metering mode you will need a Circular Polariser. This is because a Linear Polariser will interfere with the complex metering and AF systems of modern cameras.

ND Fader Filters

The SRB Photographic Neutral Density Fader Filters reduce the amount of light entering a camera lens with a range from 2Stops to 8Stops. The ND Fader has different stop reductions and can be rotated to the desired stop.

The SRB Photographic ND1000 Filters are high quality long exposure filters that reduce the amount light entering a camera lens by 10Stops, which can produce a blurred or ghost like effect in an image when used with a slow shutter speed.

The SRB Photographic Black and White Filters are coloured filters that provide a simple yet effective way of manipulating and controlling different wavelengths of light. When shooting in a black & white (monochrome) setting, the coloured filters create a better way to separate grey tones and to increase or decrease contrast.

Green: The green filter lightens green and yellow foliage, which makes it ideal for plant and flower shooting. It can also create pleasing skin tones for portrait photography.

Red: The red filter completely blocks blue and green light, which leaves a blue sky black and creates a powerful contrast between foliage and flowers. This filter provides a bold and dramatic lighting effect much more intense than both orange and yellow.

Orange: The orange filter, like the yellow, darkens blues and purples but with a more intense result. This is a great filter to use for a bold and dramatic effect.

The SRB Photographic Infrared Filters blocks out all of the light seen by the naked eye allowing only infrared light to filter through, which achieves Infrared photography with the use of an ordinary DSLR camera. The SRB Photographic Car Window Mount is a lightweight clamp with a rotating and tilting head that allows the attachment of a camera or a spotting scope. This mount includes a 360 degree turning head and is simply placed over the edge of the car window and tightened by a screw.

The SRB Photographic Window Mount with Suction Cup is designed to allow a camera with a 1\4” tripod fitting to be stuck onto a window, dashboard or flat surface.

Universal Clamp

The SRB Photographic Tripod Lens Mount allows for a long telephoto or zoom lens to be screwed to the tripod as opposed to the camera, relieving any strain that may occur.

This Tripod Lens Mount is made up of three segments. The inner sleeve is broken into two segments, which you place around the lens and into the correct position where the lens mount will be. The third segment, which is the outer sleeve, then slips over the top of the inner sleeves and clamps into position by twisting the brass screw until it is sturdy. Then simply screw the tripod into the bass of the tripod lens mount.

When ordering, please give us the correct measurements of the lens you wish to mount.

The Universal Clamp is a tripod mount, which features a 1/4” thread input, that can clamp onto a huge range of objects. By using the simple twisting mechanism, the clamp can be mounted to such things as tree branches to achieve steadiness whilst out shooting. With a 2-way pan-head, both horizontal and vertical clamping is achievable.

The maximum jaw width for this universal clamp is 45mm, with a maximum panning height of 445mm.
