PLANT SCHEDULE
THE STORMWATER CONTROL DEVICE IS INTENDED TO BE PART OF THE AMENITY AREA AND WILL BE
INTEGRATED INTO THE OVERALL LANDSCAPE DESIGN. THE STORMWATER AREA WILL MEET ALL REQUIRED
BASIC AND SUPPLEMENTAL AMENITY FEATURES OF 7.2.6-B-1 AND 7.2.6-B-2-B. IT WILL FEATURE THE
FOLLOWING:
· DIRECT ACCESS FROM THE ADJACENT AMENITY AREA;
· MATERIALS WHICH SHARE AN AESTHETIC STYLE WITH THE ADJACENT BUILDING;
· PLANT MATERIAL WHICH IS INTEGRATED INTO THE ADJACENT PLANTINGS IN THE AMENITY AREA;
· RETAINING WALLS AND/OR SLOPING SIDES NO GREATER THAN 4:1; AND
· FULL PLANT COVERAGE WITH SPECIES THAT CAN WITHSTAND EXTENDED PERIODS OF INUNDATION.
