The Career Development Peer Groups (CDPG), co-rganized by CNSPY and Women in Science at Yale

WISAY) and launched in May 2013, is a bipartite programhat comprises a self-assessment and exploration phase

nd a career exploration phase. As part of the secondhase of the program, CNSPY provided a workshop onetworking and informational interviewing on November

0th, 2013. CNSPY will be bringing the second phasef this program to a close in January 2013 by runningseries of small group discussions on topics including

overnment research and science outreach. The smallroup discussions will be opened to CNSPY members.

In the fall of 2013, the latest cycle of the CDPG progwas launched in collaboration between WISAY, CNS

and the Graduate Career Services (GCS). The proghas been improved based on feedback of prevparticipants and includes workshops on peer mento

career search and self-evaluation, career exploraand networking. These workshops are open to prevparticipants of the CDPG program. We hope tha
