We are thrilled that you are exploring Spring Creek Golf Club as your future home for golf.

Spring Creek Golf Club combines national award-winning design with outstanding playing conditions to provide an

exceptional golfing experience, unparalleled in Central Virginia. Constructed in 2005, this Ed Carton design has quickly

gained respect from players of all skill levels. By providing forward tee boxes that remove many forced carries and wide

corridors that are forgiving to errant shots, this layout lends itself well to higher handicapped players. But its docile

nature from the forward tees can quickly become a challenge to the most advanced players when playing from our

Championship tees.

As proud as we are of our facility, we realize that successful golf clubs are built around a foundation of enduring

relationships and social camaraderie between friends. The foundation of membership is not built from soil and grass, but

is developed in providing a relaxing environment and social forum for members. We pride ourselves on creating

an atmosphere that is conducive to exceptional experiences for you and your guests. We have an active

men’s group that have games available all week long, a Thursday night league open to all members, a vibrant

Senior’s league and a developing Women’s association that welcomes ladies of all skill levels. If you haven’t

experienced our Friday evening “Party on the Patio”, this is an event you won’t want to miss. This is a perfect setting

for golfers, residents and families to enjoy the sounds of live music while relaxing on the terraced patios of the

Clubhouse. Family participation is a key element in a membership experience. With our robust social event schedule,

including kite day, an Easter egg hunt, youth fishing tournaments & golf days, family movie night (with activities for the

children during our Friday night twilight), ladies night on the links, and our women’s clinic series for ladies with an

interest in learning about the game of golf, we offer an opportunity for everyone in the family to enjoy the Club experience.

Welcome to Spring Creek Golf Club.Carved out of the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Spring Creek is a true masterpiece. The award winning design—

created by esteemed architect Ed Carton—combines meandering rock walls with elegant bentgrass fairways to truly

compliment the rolling terrain of the landscape. Each hole is distinctly unique, and positioned to give a sense of seclusion.

Quickly after opening in 2006, the course was awarded Golf Digest’s “Best New Affordable Public Golf Course” in 2007. In 2010, Spring Creek won the “Reader’s Choice Award” and was rated 12th in the “Top 50 Public Golf Courses” by Golf World. The course was then awarded “Best Residential Golf Course in Virginia” by Golf Week in 2012. Most recently, the course was ranked 55th by Golf Digest as “America’s Greatest Public Golf Courses.”

Resident MembershipResident members can enjoy unlimited access to the course and its clubhouse amenities.

In addition to the playing privileges here at Spring Creek, Resident members also can enjoy full

playing privileges at the esteemed Federal Club, located on the west end of Richmond. Members

who live within a 40 mile radius of the club and reside closer to Spring Creek than the Federal

Club are eligible for Resident membership privileges.

Individuals or families that wish to include Spring Creek Community pool access to their

membership may do so for an additional $50/month.

Property Owner MembershipProperty Owner members can enjoy unlimited access to the course and its clubhouse

amenities. In addition to the playing privileges here at Spring Creek, Resident members also can

enjoy full playing privileges at the esteemed Federal Club located in the west end of Richmond.

Members who either live or own property within the Spring Creek community are eligible for

Property Owner membership privileges.

Non-Resident MembershipNon-Resident members can enjoy unlimited access to the course and its clubhouse amenities.

Members who live outside of a 40 mile radius of the Club are eligible for Non-Resident

membership privileges.

Club Associate MembershipClub Associate members can enjoy unlimited access to the course and its clubhouse amenities.

Members who are joining Spring Creek as a secondary club and are members at Farmington CC,

Glenmore CC or Keswick CC are eligible for Club Associate membership privileges.

Become a Member Before December 31st and Receive a 50% Credit Each Month Until Your Initiation Fee is Reimbursed!*

INITIATION FEE: $2,000*

Property Owner Associate MembershipSpring Creek property owners that would like to enjoy the golf course but don’t feel they will utilize

the club enough to justify a full golfing membership may choose to join as Property Owner Associate

member. Property Owner Associate members are given 12 annual passes a year to be used for

themselves or visiting guests. Each pass entitles you to an 18 hole round of golf and use of the practice

facility beforehand. Passes may also be broken into 2 nine hole rounds for your convenience and

may be redeemed any day during the week and after noon on weekends and holidays. The annual

renewal date for this membership is April 1st and runs through March 31st.

This membership is not only an investment into the club but also an investment into your home.

All new members at Spring Creek Golf Club are required to pay a onetime initiation fee when joining

the club. This membership, included with the closing of your home is transferable (without initiation

fee) to anyone who may purchase your home in the future. This membership transfer requires that

the member is in good standing with the club and has paid their annual dues.

Spring Creek’s initiation fee that normally is paid on top of monthly dues will

be applied to your account as a dues credit at a rate of 50% of the monthly

dues. This enables you to recoup 100% of your upfront cost over a period of

several months.
