Port Talbot & District Amateur Operatic SocietyMe and My Girl Me and My Girl is a musical with music by Noel Gay and its original book and lyrics by Douglas Furber and L. Arthur Rose and book revised by Stephen Fry. Set in the 1930s the Earl of Hareford has died leaving no apparent heir. The family members have gathered, eagerly waiting to hear how the estate will be split. However the family solicitor, Parchester, announces that he has tracked down an heir to both the family fortune and the family seat of Hareford Hall. The unlikely beneficiary is one Bill Snibson, a barrow boy from Lambeth.

Featuring the songs; Lambeth Walk, The Sun Has Got His Hat On, Leaning On A Lamppost.

By Road

From the EastLeave the M4 at J41, follow the road over the flyover to a large roundabout. Come right around and rejoin the M4. Leave at the first exit and follow the directions below.

From the WestLeave the M4 at J41, at the roundabout take the first left, the theatre is on your right. At the next roundabout take the 4th exit and then turn left into the theatre car park. Overflow spaces are available in the car park 1st exit off the roundabout.
