Attempting to orchestrate a triumphant takeoff, the Henry Ford Hawks were held down by the Lady Skippers in a 102-48 point loss. Currently leading the Western and Eastern conference, the Lady Skippers are sitting on top with a 24-2 overall record, and are currently undefeated in the MCCAA Eastern conference. Not only did the Skippers succeed with a win, they supported breast cancer awareness by sporting their pink jerseys. Head Coach Mike Groulx is looking for his second consecutive MCCAA Women’s championship, which hasn’t been done by St. Clair County Community College since ’97 and ’98.
