Spire Events has conceptualised and organised the global premier Mining Investment Conference Series since 2015. From the inaugural Mining Investment Asia Conference in Singapore, the series has successfully expanded to its current line-up of 15 Mining Investment Conferences across Asia, Europe, Middle East, North and Latin America and Africa. Spire Events also launched a new MiningTech Conference Series in 2018 to focus on the role of IT & technology in mining.
Now in its 3rd year, Mining Investment Botswana has grown to become the leading mining investment & capital raising conference in Botswana. The core of our event has been to connect miners, investors and service providers via personalised networking platforms, 1-2-1 meetings and social events.
Attendees also gain key takeaways and tips on the latest international industry trends via presentations and panel discussions with our carefully selected diverse profile of global speakers. More informal platforms such as roundtable discussions enable attendees to engage in intellectual conversations based on their common interests.
Since 2017, we have been highlighting the role of gender diversity in the mining sector and have been providing platforms to feature female mining professionals as speakers. Mining Investment Botswana brings together heads of mining companies, representatives of regional executive authorities, investment funds, banks, industry associations, service companies and equipment producers based not just in Botswana, but from the Southern Africa region and beyond, for two days of networking, knowledge sharing and business matching.
