Unite Tokyo, The Largest Unity Developer Event in Japan

Unite Tokyo 2019, the largest Unity conference in Japan, features a huge number of technical sessions and booth displays for Unity users.
Elite game engine development staff from Unity HQ will also be in attendance to share the latest and greatest Unity features at several
sessions, and the display booth area will showcase Unity implementations across a variety of industries.
4,000 guests are expected to attend across this 2-day event.

Snacks and space for breaks will be provided in the lounge area. You can come and go during Sessions, and it is a casual environment for you to take breaks. There are 120 seats near the screen, and snacks and tables will be in the back. We will screen the Satellite Room’s (200 seats) Session if it’s over capacity. However, if the main Session room is over capacity, the main Session room’s screening will be prioritized. (More information in later pages)

Variable Satellite Session Room
This room is exclusively for satellite screenings. The screenings
will depend on which room is the most crowded.
1) If one of the main rooms are over capacity, that Session will
be screened.
2) If 1) does not apply and the lounge area is at capacity, we
will have a satellite screening of the lounge Session.
3) 3) If both 1) and 2) do not apply, we will screen one of the
Sessions in the main room that has the most attendees.

1) If there are multiple Sessions that are over capacity within

Additional Notes on Sessions
The timetable will be confirmed one month before the event.
We will try our best to prevent crowding, however Session categories, the
availability of interpreter, speaker schedules, etc. may cause crowding in
multiple rooms.
