Severability: TheundersignedfurtherexpresslyagreesthattheforgoingwaiverandassumptionofrisksagreementisintendedtobeasbroadandinclusiveasispermittedbythelawoftheStateofCaliforniaandthatifanyportionthereofisheldinvalid,itisagreedthatthebalanceshall,notwithstanding,continueinfulllegalforceandeffect.IfIneedmedicaltreatment,Iagreetobefinanciallyresponsibleforanycostsincurredasaresultofsuchtreatment.IamawareandunderstandthatIshouldcarrymyownhealthinsurance.
