WorldatWork is excited to offer a Virtual Press Office (VPO) for sponsors, exhibitors and speakers. Instead of lugging heavy press kits to (and from) the event, you can now take advantage of housing your marketing materials in a sleek, easy-to-use Virtual Press Office.

Simply upload your press releases, photos, videos, brochures and more to this content hub that is accessible 24/7 from any device. All media, even those who do not attend the event, may access the VPO. The VPO will be available three months prior to the start of the conference. Check the event website for details.

Included with your sponsorship is a one-time use of the pre- and post- conference attendee postal list. Take advantage of this opportunity to get in front of attendees by sending a customized direct mail piece, such as a postcard. Here are some tips to keep in mind:

� Be sure it includes your company name, conference name, dates and location.

� Give a reason why attendees should meet with you, such as to see new products or view a demonstration.
