Dear Community Business Leader,
On Saturday, February 4th, 2017, St. Gerald Catholic School will be hosting their 19th annual Guardian Angel Dinner and Auction, “Boots & Buckles Ball”. Guests will spend an evening of fellowship in the spirit of raising funds to ensure the continued success of our beloved school.
Over the last 18 years, the generosity of community businesses, parishioners and school families has driven the success of the Auction resulting in over $1 million towards capital and operating improvements of St. Gerald School, enabling us to provide a high quality Catholic education to over 375 elementary and middle school children each year. This year’s Auction proceeds have been earmarked to help support the School’s operating budget of approximately $2 million which primarily includes faculty and staff payroll, technology, building maintenance and textbooks.
In order to make this Auction a success, we are asking for the assistance of generous businesses and individuals in our community. Please consider contributing to our event in the following ways through a tax-deductible donation.

In return for your generous donation, you will receive recognition in our Auction program book, available to event attendees, in our parish bulletin and on our Auction website at www.stgerald.org/guardianangel.html. For proper recognition, we ask that all donations be received by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 9th.
