Mr. Weaver has over 41 years’ experience providing civil, geotechnical, materials engineering and engineering consulting and project management services for a variety of clients. He has extensive experience in design, construction quality control, and forensic investigations for major building, bridge and civil projects. He has managed and/or had oversight for engineering consulting services for offices in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Utah and Nevada. Through that experience he had direct project management experience with the vast majority of Native American Communities in the Southwest. Mr. Weaver formed Alpha Geotechnical & Materials, Inc. in 1998 and has directed the company as president for 20 years.
