Find the sore spot : Go to the base of the throat. You will find a Ushaped noth at the top of your sternum ( breast bone). From the topof that notch go down 3 inches toward your navel and over 3 inchesto your left or right. If you press in that area you will find the sorsespot.
The karate chop point is locaastaed in the middle of the fleshy part onthe outside of the hand between wrist bone and the base of the babyfinger.
