SPIRIT OF CREEK WOOD MARCHING BAND
Mission Statement
The mission of the Creek Wood High
School Band Boosters shall be to pro-
vide financial aid and moral support
for the activities of and to promote
interest in all of the Creek Wood High
School Band and its feeder middle
schools and auxiliary programs includ-
ing, but not limited to, marching, con-
cert, and jazz bands, winter and fall
guard and other related programs .

night is listed at the end of the newsletter.
If you do a lot of online shopping, here is a way to support the band by doing what you
normally do and it doesn’t cost you anything. Go to goodshop.com or click on the link
on the bottom of the first page of the band’s web site.

age of 3% of purchases will be added to your chosen cause. You can also add their
toolbar to your computer or laptop so when you shop your will automatically search for

band boosters. You’ll also receive e-mails with great coupons that you can use at one
of the thousands of sponsor stores.

The Christmas Concert has been set for Decem-
ber 6th at 7:00 for the Creek Wood High School
Band. The Christmas Concert for William James
Middle School and Charlotte Middle School is set
for December 13th at 7:00 pm. This concert will
also include Jazz Band and Percussion Ensem-
ble as well.
A new payment option you may want use:
You may have noticed a blue button on your
Finances Screen when you log into your
CHARMS account. This allows you to make
band fee payments through PayPal.
You DO NOT have to be a member of PayPal
and NEVER have to join. You can pay directly
from your checking account or by a credit card,
which would allow you to pay the fee immedi-
ately through PayPal and pay off your credit
card over a period of months. There will be a
3% fee added to each payment for processing.
You MUST select a specific Fixed Payment to
apply the payment toward. Once that selection
is made, and the payment process completed,
CHARMS will automatically post the payment
to your student's ledger.

The band students will be sponsoring two angels off of the Creek
Wood High School Angel Tree. A boy and a girl will be picked. In-
formation about what sizes and other preferences will be forthcom-
ing. If you are interested in helping out, please contact Mr. Salley at
