FORIN SPW TYPE 2

The gasket consists of a sealing filler and V-shaped metal strip wound in combination. This profile is usually applied to male/female and tongue/groove flanges.

FORIN SPW TYPE 1 2

The standard spiral wound gasket format identical to TYPE 2, but fitted with an outer centering ring (applied to raised face flanges).

FORIN SPW TYPE 2 3

Spiral wound gasket for male/female flanges consisting of a wound component fitted with an inner ring to bring the gasket flush with the pipe bore to prevent to media - turbulence and also to protect the spiral from corrosive attack.

FORIN SPW TYPE 1 2 3

Identical to TYPE 12, but also fitted with an inner ring. The inner ring serves 2 purposes: 1. Prevents corrosive attack of the vulnerable spot welds. 2. Brings the gasket flush with the pipe - bore thus preventing turbulence.
