Production Management System For Spinning Mills

Introduction This software system is designed to Calculate Production, Efficiency and Electricity consumption of an Industrial Unit that uses AC Speed Control Inverters to drive their machinery. Like Spinning Mills, Weaving Mills, Looms etc. The system is designed to manage production and efficiency of a Mill. It collects all the data from AC Speed Control Inverters and Calculate Efficiency, Production and Electricity Consumption of each Machine in a Unit. Our system Communicates with each machine in a unit and fetch basic data into computer. Then Production and efficiency of each machine is calculated. Features

Over All Efficiency This screen shows the overall efficiency of the frames attached with Computer. This screen shows the real time progress of each connected frame in percentage and current state of ring frame.

Ring Frame Status These screens show the overall status/efficiency of a particular ring frame. User can select the ring frame number and can view its real time efficiency, total hanks, spindles, spin speed, machine status, motor rpm, current, voltage, supply etc.

Production History This Graph shows total production in terms of lbs Produced in each Production Group

Speed Time Pattern Speed Time Pattern of Each Inverter can be programmed from Computer through an Easy Interface, Which Reduces saves lots of time and Efforts

Communication Errors Detailed Communication and Machine Faults Log is generated which helps in Trouble Shooting Machine Problems
