N O O D L E N U T Frank Woodley is doing a show for kids! Wonderful nonsense

that has children bursting with joy! Now’s your chance to introduce little comedy fans to Australia’s most visually compelling comedian in his natural habitat, on stage, performing for the pure joy of it – for kids. Whether singing songs about sneezing, doing chaotic magic, or impersonating animals playing sport, comedy

master Frank Woodley has kids rolling around laughing.

EXTRA ORDINARY

Australia’s bendiest comedian, Frank Woodley (Lano & Woodley) is leaping back onto the

stage with a brand new live show.

Frank Woodley fashions comic nonsense from any topic as easily as an origami master turns a sheet of paper into a beautiful giraffe that's not anatomically correct 'cause

it’s really hard to make the legs as thin as they should be.

Treat yourself to an evening with one of the country’s most beloved physical comedians

— it will be anything but plain ordinary.

ONE HOT MESS

For his first ever solo appearance in Tasmania, Peter Helliar’s brand new stand up show is one hot mess or is that one mess of hotness? Either way it’s going to be both hot and messy. Helliar has been one of Australia’s favourite comedians since he appeared

on our TV screens on Rove back in 1999.

He’s hosted radio shows, made a feature film and created an AFL sensation by way of Bryan Strauchan

and can be seen most nights of the week on your television as full time co-host of The Project.

GREAT2015 was a breakout year for Tom Gleeson. The 3 time

Helpmann Award nominee starred alongside Charlie Pickering with his ‘Hard Chat’ segment on The Weekly.

He toured the country with his stand up show - aptly titled Tom Gleeson and just casually

went about being one of the most in demand comedians on the Australian comedy scene.

Tom’s trademark dry and wicked style, both unique and hilarious, puts him in a class all of his own.

Shane Howard of folk rock group Goanna is a prolific Australian songwriter, deeply admired and respected for his integrity and commitment to music. After 30

years of singing, writing and journeying the globe, he has consolidated his voice to become an important

addition to the evolving folklore of modern song. The Shane Howard Trio features the mastery of Howard’s

musical companions Ewen Baker (Fiddle, Mandolin) and John Hudson (Guitar, Dobro). These three will fill the

Spiegeltent with songs full of heart and poetry that are deep and dark, yet illuminated by great shafts of light.

The Trio will be joined by special guest Yirrmal, a new generation of Yolngu artist from North-East Arnhem Land. He melds traditional and

contemporary music with artistry and passion.

With yet another ARIA nomination, this time for Camilleri's 47th release Endless Sleep, and a kicking month touring

Europe, the band and its prolific leader refuse to slow down. Joe Camilleri is a musician of many parts: songwriter,

singer, saxophonist, producer, performer, bandleader and record label boss. Camilleri and his band (John McAll - keys, Claude Carranza - guitar, Mark Gray - bass and

Angus Burchall - drums) are one tight unit. Whether they are belting a Sorrows' classic hit, serving up something new or just riffing on something that feels good on the

night the guys always deliver. A great night is guaranteed.

Live, this duo is pure dynamite. Veteran wild man of Australian blues Hat Fitz and Cara, quick-talking soul singer and percussionist extraordinaire, know how to set the room ablaze with their foot stomping hill-style blues, sassy banter and jaw-dropping musical talent.

Hailing from Queensland, Hat Fitz plays guitar, banjo and sings the blues with an undeniable authenticity

only possessed by the greats.

Cara Robinson sings country, blues and roots with an energy that has her effortlessly switching between

drums, whistle and washboard, while buoyantly weaving it all together with her dynamic voice.

BUSH BASH BARN DANCEThe Bushwackers remain one of Australia’s

most recognisable ensembles. There’s barely an Australian adult under 40 who didn’t learn ‘The Heel and Toe Polka’ to the bands track blaring

through the speakers. A product of early '70s jam sessions, the Bushwackers continue to deliver a

zealous, gung-ho blend of rock and Australian folk music. Their iconic music, much of it based on

the traditional working songs from the early 20th century, seamlessly incorporate Celtic instrumentals and great contemporary originals like Beneath The Southern Cross, Henry’s Men and I Am Australian.

Accompanied by DAN LUSCOMBE

Glenn Richards (Augie March) and Dan Luscombe (The Drones) have been great friends and collaborators

for many years, ever since meeting backstage at the first of The Church's famed "Last Ever" gigs

having supported in their respective outfits at the time, Augie March and The Black-Eyed Susans.

Late last year they finally recorded a full length together after many late nights talking about it, and with Chris Richards, Ben Bourke and Mike Noga, delivered the raw, ambitious, destined to be cult

album, Glimjack, in a cold warehouse in the outer Melbourne suburb of Fairfield. Talents collide in a

one night only performance at Spiegeltent Hobart.

Australia, it’s time. Time for a new leader, a new name and a new fl ag.

Chopper has taken the former countries of New Zealand and Australia, thrown out the shit bits, and created the

world’s newest superpower Anzakistan, and he’s just the bloke to run it. He may not have any experience, but at least

you know where he stands - right behind a moustache.

Now that Australia seems to have a ‘who wants a turn?’ approach to leaders it seems like anyone can have a go. So why shouldn’t Chopper have a crack? Citizens of Anzakistan, join the revolution – harden
