CONTRACTOR SERVICESDue to our extensive international experience, we have mobilized contractors to over 45 countries worldwide and therefore have the in-house capability/solution to facilitate this successfully. Utilising our offices and local partners around the world, our engineers are sourced internationally and/or, locally to you, such that all skills and language requirements are accounted for.
Mobilisation
We can mobilise contractors globally by providing in-country pay roll solutions, visas and work permits, taxation and immigration solutions and can work in any currency. We can offer different levels of employment: we can ensure contractors are employed directly in the country of work or set them up as self-employed. On request, and for a small handling fee, we can also manage all flights, ground transport, work permits etc for all contractors.
Payroll
We have in-country payroll providers offering different levels of employment, based on client requirements.
Immigration
Facilitation of the correct visas, work permits, residence permits and in-country sponsors.
Registration
Manage the registration of all contractors with the appropriate authorities for tax, residence and healthcare.
Taxation
Market-leading % returns for contractors and full management of their taxation to ensure minimal administration
Contractor Care & Localisation
We can meet contractors when they arrive in-country, arrange temporary accommodation for them, assist with setting up bank accounts and local travel.
Strategic Account Management
You will have a dedicated Spencer Ogden Account Manager to understand your business’ current and future requirements.
Compliance
We help to manage the risk of compliance for both Spencer Ogden and all clients.
Security Clearance
We have a specialised understanding of circumstances of where clearance levels are required in both the UK and the US.
