Organizers. Organizers of the "Speed uppp Ukraine" conference in Kiev are: the "Ukrainian PPP Development Support Center" with its

seat in Kiev, Kutuzova street 18/7, office 213 and the "Institute for Public-Private Partnership" with its seat in Warsaw, 24 Noakow-

skiego street (hereinafter called as the "Organizers").

Participation Fee. The "Participation Fee" mentioned on the below "Order Form" includes a selection of the following services

(according to chosen option): attendance at all presentations of the "Speed uppp Ukraine" conference (President Hotel in Kiev),

"Exploring Kiev" sightseeing, accommodation (President Hotel, Kiev, 3 nights including breakfast), conference materials, board. Travel

costs are not included in any of the participation options.

Payment. All prices given in the below "Order Form" are euro (EUR) net amounts and 23% VAT will be added. Payment is required

within 7 days from receiving the invoice to the following account number: IBAN PL51-1020-1127-0000-1002-0068-8853 , SWIFT:

Cancellations. Participation cancellations must be send in writing to one of the "Organizers" and they will result in applying a cancel-

lation service charge of 100 EUR net per each delegate.
