Included with every embroidery machine in the Merlin Pro range is a large touch screen and an Intel Quad Core Micro PC. The touch screen allows access to the Merlin Machine Controller software and is fully loaded with Windows 10 and Monogramming Maestro Software.The Controller software allows the user to select a frame size, input colours, control stitching speeds and many other functions related to the running of the machine. The Monogram Maestro software is a powerful lettering & editing package that re-introduces the concept of ‘monogramming’ directly on the embroidery machine.

Control Panel Features

FRAME SELECTIONA range of pre-set hoops are available. Simply select the frame you wish to use and the software will confirm if the design will fit.

COLOUR SELECTIONSelect the needle and edit the colour on screen to match your thread. Then input the colour sequence required.

MONOGRAM MAESTRO SOFTWAREThe Monogram Maestro software has 56 fonts which can be created in any height or colour. Various lettering deforms & monograms are available. Alternatively load in one of the 230 stock designs that are included. Once loaded add your own text and create a unique personalised design.

EDITING DESIGNSDesigns may be rotated, mirrored and rescaled. With the Monogram Maestro software it is even possible to re-order designs.

ON-SCREEN DESIGN VIEWDesigns can be viewed within the hoop or be displayed as large as possible to fit the touch screen area.

A stitch count and stitching speed calculator is permanently displayed on screen.
