The PSP Speed and Agility Camp is open to any athlete that will be entering the 4th-12th grade in the fall of 2010. Athletes should have cleats or running shoes.
State of the art speed and agility training •provided by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who holds the same certification as the strength coaches in college and professional sports4x/week for two weeks - Eight, 1 hour training •sessions totalPre and Post-program speed and strength •testing to track improvement
