EThaNOl’S EffECT ON YOUR ENGINE Many fuels are blended with ethanol, which is known to cause corrosion . To keep your engine running at top performance, use these simple tips .

• Do not use blends of fuel containing more than 10% ethanol.These blends will lead to poor engine performance, damage to internal components, potential safety hazards, and may void the engine warranty .

• always use a fuel stabilizer product, regardless of the ethanol content in the fuel mix. The use of a fuel stabilizer eliminates the need to drain fuel during storage, reduces corrosion and moisture, and keeps fuel fresh for up to 12 months .

• if you do not use a fuel stabilizer, never use gas older than 30 days .Also, don’t let gas stay in your unit for longer than 30 days .

• please remember you cannot restore bad gas . Adding a fuel stabilizerto old gas will not reverse the condition . using a fuel stabilizer initially in new gas will help extend the life of the gas .
