Integrates with the Dock to provide business grade audio quality, a consistently charged mobile device battery and the ergonomic comfort of a deskphone.

Calendar integration and conference dialer abilities provide one-click meeting access.

Tutorial videos explain features in depth. Graphical "help screen" overlays initially guide users through the application.

Integrates with your enterprise PBX to extend employees’ extensions to their smartphones to enable users to place and receive calls with their office number.

Utilizes VoIP over the Wi-Fi network to extend coverage and move calls off the carrier network and onto the enterprise or home/hotel/hotspot networks.

Utilizes VoIP over the 3G/4G cellular data network to reduce costs, control communications, when roaming internationally. (Note: call quality can vary greatly when using VoIP over cellular, due to carrier network performance/coverage, which ShoreTel does not control.)
