Ozone Gas Mass Transfer to WaterGuardian provides superior technology for mass transfer of ozone gas into water. System allows complete ozone control.

ORP - Oxidation Reduction PotentialControlling the precise amount of ozone is critical. Guardian can insure the minimum corrosion rates possible with our ORP system analyzer and PID setpoint control. Maintaining the proper balance of water chemistry with 100:1 turndown control is key to our success.

MaintenanceThe Plasma Block® cells found in cooling water applications are maintenance free and typically last for 10 years without problems. Only scheduled maintenance is only performed on the oxygen feed gas system. Cell replacement only is less than 10 minutes with limited training and no special tools.

Plasma Block® cells require the use of oxygen feed gas and are designed for full efficiencies of 90% to 95% oxygen.

Guardian systems can be configured with optional remote monitoring and control software.
