1 COMMON STEEL BASE FRAME Base frame made of steel profiles torsion – resistant, welded and strengthened steel construction with lifting lugs. Assembling of the genset on the frame. 1 RADIATOR COOLER Closed circuit cooling system for re-cooling of the engine jacket water and the combustion charge air, rated for the site air temperature of 40°C. The cooling water is pressed through a pipe or honeycomb system. Charge air is direct air to air cooled. Due to special finish the surface is considerably enlarged to secure effective cooling when air is blown against it. Radiator cooler is mounted on the genset base frame. The fan is direct driven by the diesel engine. Top mounted expansion tank and filler cap. Outlet air duct of minimum 30 cm and with mesh combined flexible joint for wall connection.

CONEX mains failure boards change-over automatically the supply of consumers upon voltage failure of the mains. Durability & low noiseDesigned for easiest, fastest and most economical installation. Well-balanced to produce smooth and vibration-free opera-tion with low noise level. To maintain a controlled working tem-perature in cylinders and combustion chambers, the engine is equipped with piston cooling.
