REI-LUX CORE COMPETENCY:STRUCTURAL STABILITY MEASUREMENTS
All-round precision measurements of structural stability in masts
The masts are subjected to a mechanical stress test taking into account international rules and recommendations of standards EN 40, Euro code 1 and Euro code 3. All the movements of the mast are recorded at two measuring points on our 3D measuring camera to ensure a non-destructive and careful examination and be able to give meaningful analysis.
A particular advantage of the REI-LUX process is its force-introduction concept achieved by belt-power transmission. Using the belt as a counter bearing prevents any overloading of the base. Especially for concrete columns, we have developed a material-conserving method that uses partial force distribution to minimize surface stresses in the concrete.
Test without disabilities and environmental impacts
Our compact test devices enable us to reach masts even in inaccessible places without obstructing traffic, disturbing nature or polluting the environment with exhaust emissions (playgrounds, sports fields, pedestrian precincts, park lanes).

Mobile testing technology for mast materials and mast construction variants up to 20 m structural height, as well as support structures, anchors and foundations can be tested for material strength, material fatigue, oscillatory behaviour and stability.

Portable technologgy for non-destructive load testing: constantly increasing rpm are used to generate a continuously rising frequency, whereby all frequencies and dynamic stability risks in the column system are determined using microstructure analysis (fast Fourier analysis - FFT).

Massive structures on masonry concrete, reinforced and prestressed concrete are to:Examined cracks, bulges, moisture penetration, damaged joints, efflorescence, rust stains, cavities, chips and other changes by visual inspections and possibly by Photos.

In order to determine the actual hanging catinery load (e.g. over street hanging lamps and traffic lights on wire rope) precisely, it will be initially relieved though a “BYPASS” (frog terminals). Then a reference test load (approx.180 kg), which is specified by the customer, will be inserted by a hydraulic pulling cylinder.

Upgrading of steel columns

The doors come standard with delivered two rugged M10 cam bolts and a sturdy, rear-mounted 5x20 mm V2A retention tab. Also custom made and special constructions.
