It is not only important to eat a healthy balanced diet during the holidays for our nutritional health, it is also important to focus on our mental & physical health. Make sure you stay in tune with your body and know when you need to rest. Make a weekly task list of things you need to accomplish before an event or outing to ensure you are not going to over exert yourself. Checklists, doing things ahead of time, focusing on your mental & physical health, eating a balanced diet, and ensuring you are not burning yourself out on both ends are all imperative things. Everyone wants to be able to enjoy all the Holiday Moments with friends and family, without feeling bad.
