EVENT HOUR DETAILSOn non-game days, events may begin at 6:30 AM and must conclude by 11:59 PM. Event spaces will only be open at the time of a scheduled contact ar-rival as agreed upon with your event manger. No earlier access is granted unless previously arranged. Guests who arrive early to the ballpark will not be granted access to event spaces. Events that go over the scheduled event end time will be subject to additional event hour fees of $100 per every hour over. Rental rates are for up to seven (7) hours, unless otherwise noted. Additional hours may be added for a non-prorated charge of $100 per hour.

The Uecker Room is a large multi-functional room available year-

round for groups of 30 to 60+. It boasts a built-in buffet for catering services, ideal

for day-long meetings or large breakouts.

On Game Days the rental includes an option for a pre-game meeting, 30 game

tickets, 4 parking passes and ballpark fare catering during the game. On non-

game days the space is perfect for a small breakout or board meeting.

The Abramson Room is the smallest of the conference rooms and ideal for

10 - 30 person board meetings or other functions.

The Molitor Room is the smaller of the three rooms located on the Terrace Level. It accommodates groups of 20 to 50 as a stand alone space or additional breakout.

The Yount Room is a mid-sized meeting space ideal for groups of 25 to 60. It is

conveniently adjacent to the Aaron Room via removable air wall to allow for an

open, larger event space.

The Aaron Room is the largest meeting room, designed for up to 100 guests. It is

perfect for full day seminars and meetings, with a pre-function area immediately out-side the room for catering or displays. The

Aaron Room can also be combined with the Yount Room for additional space.

Group tickets must be secured prior to reserving a pre-game meeting room. Please contact the Group Sales Office at (414) 902-4777 or visit Brewers.com/Groups to secure a suite, All-Inclusive Area or group tickets. Your sales representative will then provide you with information to connect you with a member of the Special Events team for assistance in booking a pre-game event space.

ACCESS TO ROOMS & BALLPARK• Rooms are available until 10 minutes prior to First Pitch (Game

Time) and are not accessible post-game. Personal items may not be stored in your meeting space during the game. Guests will not have access to the event space once play begins.

• All guests will be subject to gate screening upon entering Amer-ican Family Field. Please visit brewers.com/security for a list of permitted items. All items are subject to search, including items shipped directly to American Family Field.

• No outside food or beverage may be carried into American Family Field event spaces without prior approval from your event man-ager.

• The Brewers offer digital ticketing, allowing you to provide game tickets to your attendees prior to arriving at American Family Field. If you are unable to provide guests with their digital ticket in advance, please contact your event manager for alternate ar-rangements.

• Once a game ticket is scanned, guests will not be permitted to leave and re-enter the ballpark. Please contact your event man-ager to make special arrangements if needed.

• The stadium bowl, suites, all-inclusive areas and restaurants open 90 minutes prior to first pitch. Guests will be restricted to their designated event space areas until this time.

GUEST PARKING• Meeting Room guests may park in the Brewers 2 Preferred Park-

ing Lot with the purchase of a preferred meeting room pass.

• It is recommended that Meeting Room Parking Passes be pur-chased at the time the room is booked through the Special Events department at the advance rate of $15 each.

• Parking passes may either be printed and mailed or sent digi-tally in a PDF format. Printed passes must be ordered at least two weeks prior to your event in order to allow enough time for shipping. You are responsible to distribute any printed and digital passes to your guests ahead of their arrival to American Family Field.

• Any guests who arrive day-of-game without a parking pass will be required to purchase a pass at the standard Preferred Parking rates of $30 on Opening Day/Weekend/Cubs Games or $25 on Weekdays.

• If parking is not purchased and provided for with the event rental, it is recommended that guests purchase a parking pass in ad-vance by visiting Brewers.com or by calling the Brewers Box Of-fice at 414-902-4000.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

All items being shipped to American Family Field must be addressed to your event manager’s full name in the below manner. If packages are not correctly addressed, they will be returned to the sender per MLB’s Stadium Operation Dock Best Practices and the Department of Home-land Security’s SAFETY Act. If the package was accepted but incorrectly labeled or addressed to the wrong individual, the Event Manager will not search for any packages at the docks during the hours of the event.

Any shipments leaving American Family Field via USPS, UPS or FedEx must have a return label and be delivered to the designed area of your event space to be shipped out. The Milwaukee Brewers will not provide labels, tape or boxes for items being shipped back. Non-Game day dock hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Deliveries outside of these times will require a dock appointment with the Dock Master via your Event Manager. American Family Field does have regularly scheduled UPS, USPS and FedEx pick-up and deliveries. Your Event Manager can provide you with a shipping window to receive packages prior to your event. Packages that arrive outside of the shipping window may be subject to storage fees or be turned away.MLB prohibits deliveries to American Family Field’s loading docks three and a half hours before game times and two hours after the last out. The following must be provided to your Event Manager at least 2 business days before all incoming and outgoing freight deliveries. Unsched-uled freight deliveries/pick-ups will be turned away from the loading docks. -Scheduled delivery date -Freight company and contact information -Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) -Item description/ Quantity clearly indicated on each carton -Packing List must indicate for each carton, item description, size (when applicable) and quantitiesAll delivery drivers must submit a government photo ID in order to be cleared by security to enter the North and South Docks. The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club reserves the right to search any and all packages coming in and going out of the American Family Field docks. MBBC is not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged packages, containers or other shipments. Clients/Vendors/Guests should only ship packages to the Milwaukee Brewers at their own risk. Items being delivered or carried in on Game Days will be subject to a size limitation of 48”x 36”x 30”.

EVENT HOURS & POLICIES

On non-game days, events may begin at 6:30 AM and must conclude by 11:59 PM. Event spaces will only be open at the time of a scheduled contact arrival as agreed upon with your event manger. No earlier access is granted unless previously arranged. Guests who arrive early to the ballpark will not be granted access to event spaces. Events that go over the scheduled event end time will be subject to additional event hour fees of $100 per every hour over. Rental rates are for up to seven (7) hours, unless otherwise noted. Additional hours may be added for a non-prorated charge of $100 per hour. Personal items and equipment may not be stored overnight in event spaces unless previously authorized with your event manager. If items are left in event spaces overnight, it is at your own risk. MBBC will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced items.

STADIUM INFORMATION AND STAFFING

First Aid is not staffed on non-game days. EMTs or nursing staff can be scheduled for your event, upon request. Please inquire with your event manager for pricing.The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club will staff security officers at events at their discretion, when necessary. Clients will be responsible for any and all staffing fees associated with security, police or other necessary ballpark staff. Guests are prohibited from bringing in outside food and beverages to American Family Field unless previously approved by your Event Man-ager. Carry-in fees will apply. Should you elect to not order any food or beverage for your event at American Family Field, a hospitality fee shall apply. A nursing mother suite may be available upon request with your Event Manager. Please notify your Event Manager if you will require such space for your event.
