What the delegates thought.....

‘I particularly enjoyed the orchestral team - building session - quite anexperience to sit in the middle of violins and violas and bang a drum. Not sure what this says about my leadership style!!! On a serious note (no pun intended) I thought this session gave great insights and reminders of the range of skills needed to lead, build and be an affective member of a team.’

Wendy Ingham FCIPDRegional HR Manager

‘... such a great weekend. Very tiring but worth it.

Thanks once again - and please pass on my thanks to the rest of the NAP committee for putting on such a fantastic conference.’

Kelly Hodkinson

‘The conference provided a very accessible and affordable development opportunity.’... my positive experience at this event will encourage me to make the attempt to attend more branch events’
