SPDCL- LOAD CHANGE
The erstwhile Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board which came into existence in 1959 was responsible for Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electricity. Under Electricity Sector Reforms agenda, Government of Andhra Pradesh promulgated Andhra Pradesh Electricity Reforms Act, 1998.The erstwhile APSEB was unbundled into one Generating Company (APGENCO),One Transmission Company(APTRANSCO) and Four Distribution Companies (APDISCOMs) as part of the reform process . Those are SPDCL, EPDCL, NPDCL and SPDCL.
Note: -At present SPDCL, SPDCL, EPDCL and NPDCL Discom Services are provided through Meeseva.
This Service Facilitates Citizen to get the Load Change for an existing Connection.

Apply for Load Change Certificate: This section contains instructions for the operators of the Meeseva web application to apply for Load change Certificate. 1) In Meeseva home screen, under List of Services, select SPDCL Department services as depicted in Figure 1.

2) Select Category Load Change Service in SPDCL Department as depicted in Figure 2.

3) Now Category Load Change Request Screen will be displayed as depicted in Figure 3.

4) Select discom as SPDCL As depicted in Figure 4.

5) Here Request details page displayed. As depicted in Figure 5.

6) Select service Type either Category change/Load change, Enter Service Number and Click on Get Details Button as dissipated in Figure 6.
Note: - Here I am selecting service Type as Load change.

7) Now, related service connection details are displayed as depicted in figure 7.

8) Enter remaining consumer details which are not fetched form dept and which are required changes such as Aadhaar No, Consumer sur name, Consumer father Name, Social Group, Category Type, Location Type and Location Name as depicted in figure 8.

Note: Citizen Need to Submit Changes Category Details In case of Category Change.
9) Enter remaining Location of Premises details which are not fetched form dept and which are required changes such as Division, Sub Division, Pincode as depicted in figure 9.

10) Enter Address for communication such as Door No, Locality/Land Mark, District, Mandal, Village/Ward, Pin Code, Mobile Number, Email id and Ration Card Number as depicted in figure 10.

11) Enter informant details such as informant name, relation, Delivery Type, Id Proof as depicted in figure 11.

12) Collect the necessary supporting documents as indicated in the Load Change request page and submit the request by clicking on show Payment as depicted in Figure 12.

Note: All the mandatory fields have to be filled in; otherwise request will not be accepted by the system. 13) After Show Payment. Another window appears requesting to Confirm Payment as depicted in figure 13.

14) Collect the amount from the Citizen and click Confirm Payment to submit the request as depicted in figure 14.

15)On confirmation, a receipt will be generated as depicted in the following figure. The receipt will contain the Certificate delivery date.
Note: Ensure that you have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA), else the system will not accept the request.

Note: - On submission of the request, Citizen Receives Message. Like your Request for Load
Change has been entered vide Application Number, Transaction Id and sent to Dept.
16) On submission, the request will be sent to the work flow of the respective Department for
further processing.
17) Once the request is approved by Department, then the citizen need to collect the Load Certificate from franchisee where he/she applied for the Certificate. Note: Category Change also same like as Load Change.
