SPD hardware Interlock to PSs
2 temperature interlock lines for each sector coming from the Routers (API PT1000 chain, OR for all HSs/sect.)
2 temperature interlock lines for each sector coming from 2nd PT1000 chain (OR for all HSs/sect.)
