Check-Out Procedures Luggage carts will be available in the lobbies on Thursday. Place your linens & towels in the marked bins in the lobby. Turn your room key & access card in to the Holmes Hall desk on your side. Turn your Scavenger Hunt in to the East Information Desk. Buses will run from Holmes Hall to the parking lot from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Guests must leave the hall by 3:00 p.m.

Policies & Safety Information • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all
times.• Children are required to be in their assigned dorm
rooms between 10:15 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. • Name badges must be worn at all times. Badges
allow admission to classes, buses and the Holmes Hall dining room.
• Please be respectful of MSU students and staff who are working, studying, and conducting research in the buildings you are visiting.
• Have fun and make good memories!

Health & Medical Emergency InformationGrandparents University maintains a list of urgent care facilities and emergency room facilities should you or your child/grandchild require medical care during the program.
While we cannot prevent all infections that may be shared in our environments, we ask that you do the best you can to protect yourself and to be considerate of others. Be diligent about good hand washing hygiene. Research shows that good hand washing is the most important thing you can do to prevent the spread of infectious disease.
Event Information DeskSpecial Grandparents University information desks are located in the front lobbies of East and West Holmes Hall. Staff will be available from 7:45 a.m. until 10 p.m. (West Desk closes at 5 p.m.) to answer questions and provide directions.
Lost and FoundAny items found can be brought to the East Information Desk. Please be careful to collect your belongings, especially in classes and on buses. We cannot guarantee that lost items will be located.
