Whatever the source is of natural gas, it likely will require separation from crude oil and processed water. Spartan is ready to solve your problem so your lean gas gets to market faster. We offer a variety of two- and three-phase separators with standard or sour gas trim controls. We will work with you to provide a set up that will meet your needs —a bare vessel, a mounted skid, or incorporated into your custom production skid.
Overview
• Our separator’s primary function is to separate either a two- or three-phase inlet stream, consisting of a gas/liquid ( in our two phase separator) or a gas/oil/water (in our three phase separator) into separate phases.
• Field processing removes undesirable components and separates the well stream into sellable gas and petroleum liquids, recovering the maximum amounts of each at the lowest possible overall cost to our customers.

• High pressure separators are rated at 1440 psig MAWP working pressure
