Set up a 4 week session for 2-3 clients that do not want to be in a large class, but do not mind

sharing time with a few other people. This is a great way to charge a little extra for the semi-

private class, but you can include my personalized nutrition and supplement plan that bring an

holistic package to your client. Semi private lessons are usually less expensive than one on

one’s.

a) 4 Week Spartacus Workout (you will facilitate each workout of course)

2. BOOT CAMP SESSIONS – SPARTACUS BOOTCAMP

A) 4 WEEK BOOTCAMP – (1 DAY PER WEEK)

As you know boot camps are very popular and a great way to train multiple people all at one

time. You can use the Spartacus Workout Program to be the catalyst for your boot camps. You

can usually get 7- 15 people per class and all you need is bodyweight, dumbbells/kettlebells and

Swiss balls.

A sample 4 Week Spartacus Bootcamp can consist of 8-15 people at $20.00 per session; that is

$160-$300 per hour for you and your clients like love it because it will kick the crap out of the

them, it is cheaper than a personal training program and in such a small group you can still give

them the attention they will need

B) 4 WEEK BOOTCAMP (3 DAYS A WEEK)

session per week or you can have different people. Have people sign up for the 4 Week session

3. MMA CONDITIONING PROGRAM

Without a doubt this program is incredible for getting your athletes in fighting condition. Add

conditioning program for your fighters.

If you own a gym you can also use this workout as a Strength and Conditioning Class for fighters
