Started operations in Spain by 1999, with one registered mutual fund and one distributor.

Active communications were initiated by 2000.

Its private banking office in Spain was set by 2005.

Currently distributes, to institutions and the trade though third parties, a range of 100 Luxembourg funds, several classes under different FCP.

It is among top ten foreign mutual funds managers in Spain in assets managed.

JPMorgan in Spain

Established as investment bank and broker. JPMorgan Securities.

By 2000 M&A was not improving. Lack of IPO´s.

Communications and positioning became part of the competitive environment.: A Big World-wide Profitable Investment Bank, Specialised with Excellent Professionals, Good with research in equities and Sectors.

Integration of Chase Manhattan by 2002. JPMorgan prevailed in Spain.

JPMorgan Fleming pursued an “independent” stance as main fund manager in the world.

• Promote locally the brand, raise Client´s reputation as one of the leading European asset management company and promote their investment solutions.

–  Services required• Organization of a media event to announce office opening.

• Regular organization of one-to-one meetings between journalists and local team to create the network.

• Pro-active organization of interviews with spokespeople .

• Quarterly press briefing organization around an asset manager coming to local office.

• Distribution of newsletters and press releases (available in English).

• General advisory on local market.

Stated Objectives and Services required

• Spokespersons training is compensated separately from retainer fee, if Client choose to conduct such sessions.

– Production services of Yesficom ® on behalf of Client: broadcast follow-up, photography, audio and video, photography, design, artwork, creation, editing, translations, printing, reservations and related costs are invoiced separately.

– Third party services, marketing and sales, referrals, incentive programs, mailing, events design and management, advertising copy.

• Subject to best execution, with previous project and budget approval by Client, invoiced with 15 cent charge to cover management and administrative services and expenses.

– Direct account management costs, transportation, justified meals and expenses are not included in fees.

• Invoiced monthly, authorized by Client if higher than Euros 300.

– Fees and expenses paid to Yesficom® within 30 days from the date of invoice issuance.
