Our Healing Waters are gender specific with bathing suits optional. You must be 18 years or olderto enjoy these areas. Lockers, private showers, and toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Spa PoliciesSpa PoliciesAPPOINTMENTSWe recommend that you make reservations in advance to allow you the maximum choice of treatment times. To make an appointment, you can contact us directly at 702-567-4600, or call extension 4600 from within the resort. Appointments are held with a credit card, gift card, or pre-paid credit.

ARRIVALPlease arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you can check in to the spa area and enjoy our facilities. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, as a courtesy to the next guest.

SERVICE CHARGESFor the convenience of our guests, a 20% service charge will be added to each treatment in lieu of the therapist’s gratuity. Additional gratuities may be added at your discretion.

CANCELLATIONSIf your plans should change or you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time. Otherwise, we regret that you will be subject to all charges for your appointment. We hope you’ll understand that this policy is in consideration of the needs of our other guests, in addition to the valuable time of ourprofessional staff. All prices, services, and hours of operation at the spa may be subject to change without notification.
