OXYGEN BAROur oxygen bar is perfect for those experiencing the effects of altitude sickness or those needing an energy boost. This treatment produces 94.7% oxygen and aids in alleviating symptoms such as shortness of breath, light headedness, dizziness, headaches, fatigue, weakness and nausea.

HOW TO ENJOY THE ULTIMATE SPA EXPERIENCEWho can guide me in choosing my treatments?Our Spa Concierge will help you plan the perfect spa experience, as well as suggest how to best order your treatments.

What if I have special health considerations?Please notify our Spa Concierge before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

When should I arrive?For your comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to relax in our fireplace lounge, sauna, steam room and whirlpools. Please check-in at the Spa Desk upon arrival. You will be given access to a locker, robe and slippers to change into. Please remember to check-out when you are finished.

What should I wear during my treatment?Most body treatments are best enjoyed without clothing. However, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Before and after your treatment, robes and slippers are provided in the men’s and women’s locker rooms.

How do I ensure my comfort?This is your time, and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, or the volume of the music, please notify us of any discomforts or preferences. We request that cell phones and electronics be turned off in the spa, and we do not allow pets or smoking within the facility. Your privacy is a priority. Communication is the key to getting the treatment you want. Please discuss with your therapist areas to focus on and any areas to be avoided. You should not be uncomfortable at any time.

What if I am pregnant?While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Our Mother-to-Be treatment menu contains our recommendations. Please notify our Spa Concierge if you are pregnant when you make your appointments, so that they can offer guidance.

Should I shave before a treatment?Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments, hair removal services or pedicures.

What if I am late for my appointment?Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time, so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

What is the cancellation policy?If you wish to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), please notify us twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee. Services booked on the same day will be subject to the full service fee upon cancellation. A credit card number is required at the time you book your treatments. Groups are subject to a seven (7) day cancellation policy. Please see Group Coordinator for additional information.

What about gratuities?Gratuities are not included in the treatment prices. For your convenience, an automatic 20% gratuity is added to each treatment. This is calculated on full price when discounts are applied to the service. Upon check-out, you are welcome to modify the gratuity as you wish. Please remember to check out prior to leaving. Any open accounts at the end of the day will be charged the 20% gratuity.

How can I pay for my spa services?We accept all major credit cards, cash and traveler’s checks. You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill. Prices are subject to change without notice.

What about my jewelry and valuables?If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items in the spa facility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Is there a minimum age for treatments and to use the spa facilities?Our spa is designed for guests who are 16 years of age or older. It is our goal to provide a tranquil atmosphere in the spa. Children under the age of 16 are welcome in the pool areas only and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Running, yelling and loud play are not permitted. Children under the age of 16 receiving a spa treatment must have a parent present in the treatment room.

Are Gift Certificates available from the spa?Absolutely. You may purchase spa gift cards for a specific dollar amount or for particular services. The spa gift cards can be used toward services or toward purchases in our spa boutique.

May I use your pool and fitness facilities?Of course, our pool and fitness facilities are provided for our hotel guests and non-hotel guests who are receiving spa services. If you are not staying in the hotel and wish to use the facility but do not have a spa treatment booked, a daily access fee will be charged. Use of a locker is not guaranteed for guests without spa services. Private yoga instructors are available by appointment. The spa facilities are open from 6am to 10pm daily. Hours for the spa desk and spa treatments vary by season. Please ask our Spa Concierge or refer to our website for current hours.
