An individual, holistic-therapeutical approach with carefully selected, high-quality products for face and body, such as the hypoallergenic German bio-cosmetic range by Dr Spiller, the South African selection by Thera Vine based naturally on familiar grape extracts, and also traditional Bulgarian cosmetics made from roses and yogurt, combined with highly-qualified specialists placid and cosy atmosphere are the key to refreshing your skin and vitalization of your body.

For all the treatments we are using mineral water from the Kyustendil thermal springs that were famed even in Roman times and possess unique curative qualities will make your stay even more pleasurable.

HOW TO ENJOY THE POSITIVES OF THE SPA

To take advantage of your SPA experience, and to reinforce the benefits of your treatment, we recommend you to arrive 30 minutes before your planned procedure, so that you may enjoy our attractive water features comprising hot and cold pools, open areas for relaxation, steamworks and saunas.

For your comfort, please use the robe from your room when you visit the SPA centre: you will be given an extra towel at the SPA centre reception.It is recommended that you do not use your mobile phone, tablet/iPad or camera while you are enjoying your experience at the SPA centre.

The SPA Centre bears no responsibility for forgotten and/or lost valuables.

We strongly recommend that you do not consume alcohol before visiting the SPA. No food or alcoholic beverages are served in the SPA centre, and smoking is not allowed.

We anticipate that our youngest guests up to 14 years shall be accompa-nied by an adult.

Kindly inform us of any health issues, allergies or injuries you may have what may impact on your treatment or use of the SPA facilities.

CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS

We would kindly request that our guests provide us with notice at least two hours in advanceregarding any changes arising or cancellation of an appointment. Where notice is given less than two hours in advance, you shall be charged 50% of the therapy price. OFFER
