We offer a number of packages to suit all requirements from spa access only up to our Platinum Pamper Package, our packages can include treatments, lunch and a glass of champagne & chocolate
We also cater for Group Spa Days where we offer the additional organisation to make this a success as well as a beautiful gift for the hen or organiser
We also have a treatments only package for Hilton Residents

Access to The Gymnasium The gymnasium includes: Resistance room, cardiovascular room with weights, changing rooms, showers, towels, use of a locker for the day & access to all LivingWell classes
Access To The LivingWell Spa The spa area includes: Heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna & steam room
Robe & Slippers Hire No Spa day would be complete without a big fluffy robe. Our robe & slippers are for you to use for the whole time that you are at the Spa

Group Pamper Packages
For groups of six or more we add the following to all of our Pamper Packages
Your Itinerary For The Day We will email you your itinerary for the day in advance and also provide hard copies when you arrive. so you all know what you are doing and when
Moet & Chandon Champagne Gift Set A mini champagne gift set is presented to the Hen or organiser with our compliments: Serenity Pamper Days: Moet & Chandon champagne & select chocolates gift set Serenity Luxury & Platinum Pamper Day: Luxury gift set including Moet & Chandon champagne, select chocolates, Serenity teddy bear & pamper products
Bucks Fizz Reception ‐ £6.00pp extra Arrive in style and enjoy a Bucks Fizz reception during your meet and greet with our Event Coordinator. Please note this incurs a £6pp surcharge
Event Coordinator Serenity’s Event Coordinator will meet and greet you on arrival to run through the days itinerary and explain the facilities, they will also be on hand throughout the day to ensure it runs smoothly and everyone is in the right place at the right time
VIP Entry To Tiger Tiger Leeds Enjoy free, Q jumping access to Tiger Tiger Leeds before 10.30pm as well as a VIP booth (booth is subject to availability)
Group Spa Days & Packages ♦ A non refundable £10pp deposit is required in one transaction from the organiser to secure the booking ♦ Full balance of payment is required on the day, this can be paid individually or as a group ♦ Treatment Choices for the whole group must be submitted by email to serenity at least 14 days prior to the event by the organiser.
We will try and accommodate any changes on the day ♦ Group Pamper Day Package is for groups of 6 or more. If the group numbers drop below this then Serenity reserve the right not to
provide the additional group gift
Locker Deposit ‐ A £1 returnable deposit is required to use the lockers in the LivingWell Spa
Bath Robe Deposit ‐ A £10 refundable deposit is required for each bathrobe provided at the beginning of your spa day
Hot Drinks ‐ Unlimited hot drinks around the pool must not leave the LivingWell Spa and may not be taken to any other part of the Hotel. The offer excludes Costa Coffee and for health & safety reasons all hot drinks are served in cartons with lids
Treatment Times ‐ Please meet our therapist at LivingWell reception (ground floor) 5 minuets before the your treatment time .If an individual or group is late for their appointment/s then Serenity will attempt to accommodate the treatment/s as best they can but treatment times may be cut short to the original finish time
Spa Entry ‐ Entry to the Spa is for one full calendar day during LivingWell’s opening hours for that day. Hilton residesnts who receive £10 discount will enter the Spa as Hilton residents and are subject to Hilton Leeds City hotel
Pregnant Ladies ‐ Pregnant ladies in their first trimester may not have a massages. We recommend heavily pregnant ladies do not have massages or facials as their position on the treatment bed may be uncomfortable
Polish Removal ‐ If you are having a treatment with a polish please ensure you have removed your polish prior to your treatment. We will apply a £5 supplement if we have to remove it prior to the treatment and may impact your treatment time
Glass of Champagne or Bucks Fizz ‐ These drinks are served in a standard 125ml champagne flute
Glasses ‐ Drinks served in glasses (champagne, bucks fizz or drinks with lunches) must be consumed where they are served and not taken in the Spa
