• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment time to fill out a consultation form.

• Please be advised that late arrivals can result in a reduction of treatment time or treatment may be void and you will still be charged full price of the treatment.

• Underwear must be worn throughout the duration of the treatment, swimwear is optional.

• If you cancel on the day or less than 24 hours notice is given you will be charged 50% off the treatment cost. If you do not attend 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
