2014 President’s Message

What do you say to a

new friend, “It’s so very

nice to meet you”. That

is how I am welcoming

in 2014. I am embracing

the New Year with

endless possibilities for aprosperous and healthy

journey. I see our SoCal

CRS Chapter on the

same path. With a fabulous leadership

retreat lead by the wonderful Gregg Fujita,

past CRS National President, we are sailing

into a year of great education, camaraderie,

networking and charity with our 2014

team.

The theme for 2014 is, “There is no ‘I” in

TEAM”. We ask that if you are not already

a CRS, make this your year to become one.

We welcome you into our SoCal CRSChapter with open arms. Our doors are

always open. Come on in!

Semper Fi Fund is the charity that we will

be supporting in 2014. It is one of the top

tem highest-rated charities in America.

Semper Fi Fund provides immediate

financial support for the injured and

critically ill members of the U.S. Armed

Forces and their families. We are looking

forward to giving to those who have given

so much in the name of freedom.

2014 National CRS and Southern

California CRS Dues Billing Reminder

The Council of Residential Specialists has been sending notices

of 2014 membership dues. Dues can be paid online, by mail or

by phone (800-462-8841). For details, go to www.CRS.com

Members who do not renew their membership with National

CRS will no longer be able to advertise themselves as havingthe CRS Designation as of April 1, 2014. After being

terminated, a former member must reinstate at a higher fee in

order to become active once again with the Council.

Do not forget YOUR local Southern California CRS

Chapter. We love our members. We have many exciting and

educational programs planned for 2014.

Renewing Southern California CRS Chapter dues have never

been easier. Be sure to leave the “Southern California CRS”

box checked when renewing you National CRS dues. This will

allow you to renew your Southern California CRS Chapter

dues at the same time as you renew your National CRS dues.

Southern California CRS Chapter dues rates have remained a

low $50 for the calendar year.
