N.I.C. South Shore High School Chicago, Illinois South Shore High School is a new building located on a five acre site at 75th Street and Jeffery Boulevard in Chicago, Illinois. The school will replace a portion of the existing South Shore campus. Civil engineering design included geometry, grading, drainage, paving, storm water detention, and utilities. Coordination was required with the Chicago Public Schools, Public Building Commission, Chicago Park District, multiple City agencies including Transportation and Water Management, multiple design team members and several utility owners.
