It’s been a busy year at SJHR
We have had a busy year at South Jersey Horse Rescue! From
homing horses here at our farm to helping many owners find new
homes for their horses. We’ve been especially busy at the farm
rehabilitating Juno and Aurea, and keeping our own Scootie
comfortable in her old age. See our website for their stories.
BIG NEWS: Our Tacky Tack Shop is open for business! Lots of
gently used and new item show clothes for adults and kids...tack,
tons of splint boots and jump boots, chaps, reins, bits,
everything, all VERY cheap ! Open Sat and Sun 10-5. Located at
South Jersey Horse Rescue. We are slowly adding pictures to our
website, but since we are all volunteers it is a slow process.

Casey is in the spotlight
CASEY is a personable, sound Appaloosa, 19 years young. He
is insanely attached to a horse here, who he follows around and
herds all over the place. Casey needs a few months away from
this horse, and then a gentle reminder that he is a Trail Master.
He needs ground manners, but not dangerous. Safety/No Auction
contract MUST be signed and adhered to.

Free To Be Child Care Center, from Stockton University,
visits the rescue once a month.
The Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City came
out...it rained and thundered but a good time was had by all!
