The advanced countries of Europe and America are the leading buyers of Pakistan’s surgical instruments.

South India Surgical Company Ltd., popularly known as SISCO has been engaged in manufacturing of quality Surgical Instruments for the past 6 decades. SISCO provides Surgical Instruments that are scientifically developed, based on Ancient Indian Methodology of Sushrutra's Culture. SISCO started its full-fledged production unit for disposable syringes and foley catheters and has proved its significance notably. SISCOs success is not restricted only to India but also proven its quality worldwide.
