    Enrolled City/Municipal Local Government Units(C/MLGUs) is 35 out of 47: for Cotabato Provinceis 12 out 18 MLGUs, Sultan Kudarat is 7 out 11MLGUs, South Cotabato is 10 out 11 MLGUs, and

    Sarangani is 6 out 7 MLGUs

    CFAD global target is PhP205.0 million and the

    actual global investment is PhP240.0 million (freed-

    up amount of PhP35.0 m from RPCO-9)

    Certificate of availability of funds (CAF) issued bythe Municipal Development Fund Office (MDFO) for

    Cotabato Province is PhP 80.0m (PhP 70.0m), forSultan Kudarat is PhP 37.5m (PhP 35.0m) , for

    South Cotabato is PhP 77.5m (PhP 60.0m) andSarangani is PhP 45.0 m (PhP 40.0m)

    CAF issued is PhP 240.0 m (100%); fund released

    is PhP 202.25 m (84%); and LGU disbursement is

    PhP 176.6 (74%) with just 1% remaining target to be

    accomplished until the 1st week of December 2012.

    The total subprojects (SPs) implemented are

    771 with PhP 240. 0 m. The completed SPsare 600 with PhP 164.73 m (69%); the on-

    going SPs are 69 with PhP 24.02 m (10%);and for implementation SPs are 102with PhP 50.50 m (21%)

    The physical performance per province for thenumber of completed SPs against the

    provincial target gave a 1strank to South

    Cotabato with 152 SPs having 87%performance. Followed by Sultan Kudarat with

    169 SPs (83%); Sarangani with 101 SPs

    (72%); and Cotabato Province with 178 SPs(70%).

    The financial performance per province forcompleted SPs against the provincial global

    investments gave a 1strank to South Cotabato

    with PhP67.5 m having 87% performance.Followed by Sultan Kudarat with PhP31.33 m

    (83%); then Cotabato Province with PhP43.75

    m (55%); and Sarangani with PhP22.15 m(49%).

    One of the expected outcome of CFAD component isthat at least 30% of CFAD allocation is accessed

    by the indigenous people (IP) and women as

    vulnerable group.

    The CFAD beneficiaries reached up to 25,367. The

    IPs are 5,359 beneficiaries (21%) and the women

    both for IPs and non-IPs of 13,562 beneficiaries

    (44%).
