Registered unemployment by regions (i.e 15 counties) Explanation: the highest rate of unemployment is in Harju county (in Tallinn and the nearby regions in north Estonia) and Ida-Viru county (north-eastern region near the Estonian-Russian border)

• Career counselling services are

avaliable in 15 local offices.

• There are 22 career counselors

and 15 career information specialists

working in Estonian Unemployment

Insurance Fund.

Career consultations are offered

free of charge to all of our clients in

Estonian and/or in Russian.

We provide Career counselling individually and in groups

Information about labour market and professions, helps to identify client resources, self

valuation, assist in development of job searching strategy, assistance in preparation of

CV and motivation letter.

Group counselling (for young, specialists, long-term unemployed, 50+)

We offer psychological testing with tests developed by Tripod.

Mental Ability Scale (VVS)

Personality Questionnaire (NEC/L and NEC/S)

Vocational orientation questionnaire
