This newly constructed, high-end facility features a large sports bar, two separate lounge rooms and a massive, three-section ballroom. Celebrity conducted two site surveys before un-dertaking this substantial project, coordinating complex preparation details before commenc-ing the six-week installation process. In all over 30 displays were integrated throughout the facility with robust sound and video distribution systems tailored to each room, plus a featured video wall, club dance floor and DJ booth in the main bar. A wide assortment of additional sound, light and video solutions were also installed in the entrances and grand hallways, as well as advanced projection systems and digitally-integrated lecterns in the ballrooms.A master touch-screen control system was implemented to manage all sound, light and video.

Navy Golf Course, Community Center and Clubhouse Seal Beach, California Destroyer Golf Course Surveillance System $80,000 January 2017 Walter Olsen 714-889-1442 [email protected]

With a demand for heightened security, the Navy Golf Course Management in Seal Beach decid-ed to beef up video surveillance in all areas of the golf complex. In addition, this reduces liability of customer and employee incidents and provides needed documentation. The system locations included the pro-shop, offices, lobby and exterior entry, front parking lot, driving range, first tee and the golf maintenance buildings. The job was expanded throughout the parking lot which was the equivalent of three football fields in area.

The installation included a wide variety of IP-based cameras, bullet domes, PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) and wireless transmission system that can cover up to 11 miles line-of-sight. The outdoor areas, including the parking lot and front gate, were critical locations to deter vandalism and theft. Both the indoor and outdoor systems are completely expandable if and when more cover-age is needed. Future plans are to install an additional system to cover 3 RV storage lots, 1 RV park, and an outdoor recreation building at the main base.

The Naval Golf Center in Seal Beach, CA is open to the public and is heavily used. MWR management realized the need to protect guests as well as staff, and reduce liability, by adding video surveillance to the entire golf complex.

Seal Beach Navy Destroyer Golf Course Surveillance System

The centers’ generous parking lots and front gate are covered with the use of PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) cameras with line-of-sight wireless transmission system. The cameras transmit a crystal clear 1080P video image. Electrical boxes, conduits , antennas use seal-tight waterproof fittings to withstand the toughest of severe weather conditions. The system is also completely expandable so adding future cameras can be easily accommodated.




Maintenance and support buildings are integrated for complete indoor and outdoor coverage. Conduit is used to connect and shield the cabling between buildings.

Monitoring of retail and common areas is essential. This has been proven to deter theft and provide media-based document evidence for any type of liability claim that may arise. The control and motoring displays are located in management offices.

The system provides management with real-time visual access to the complete facility, and a commercial-grade multi-TB SSD drive ensuring safe, secure recording and storage of high-definition video for up to 30 or more days.

The San Diego Navy’s Rec Yard Liberty Center Theater was definitely in need of a makeover, and a new design—to recapture the movie going spirit—was submitted by Celebrity.

The Liberty Center Manager had a definite look she was striving for. We provided three different color pallets for her to chose from...out with the old in with the new!

For starters, a new high definition format screen and projector were installed, insuring a crisp visual experience for the sailors. Then speakers were integrated behind the specially perforated screen, just like in large format theaters. This allows for excellent sound projection while conceal-ing the theater’s front speakers.

Stylish new comfort seating, a fresh paint job, carpet, theatrical drapes and custom acoustical panels were installed, with fabrics coordinated between the drapes and acoustical panels, which, beyond their aesthetic value, instantly improved the sound dynamics for the room.

The Joint Base Lewis-McChord Warrior Zone is a new 30,000’ construction project with a techno recreation facility total cost of $11 million. Celebrity was contracted as the exclusive technology designer and systems integrator. The Stellar Group is an Army MWR prime design/build contractor.

This leading edge facility features 16 Celebrity Big Bad Game Box™ stations (8 stations in back-to-back configuration) with fully-integrated Xbox 360™/PS3™ gaming systems. Up to 64 players can play or compete simultaneously via a realtime VTC system (live feed, worldwide capability).

Surveys confirmed that over 30% of their customers came to NW Naval region’s Liberty Centers to play some form of computer or console gaming.

Inspired by recent Celebrity installations at the nearby joint base Lewis-McCord Warrior Zone (Army/Air Force), NAVY MWR management made the decision to upgrade three NW regional Liberty Centers located in Whidbey Island, Everett and Bremerton Naval Stations.

Gaming stations were to feature the latest Xbox, PlayStation and/or Steam-powered gaming systems, and all hardware protected with custom, tamper-proof security to ensure guests would have full access to all gaming stations...even when staff members were not present.

LED lighting packages, standard with Celebrity’s Big Bad Game Box systems, added anelegant and inviting ambience that complimented the unique design created for each facility.

All centers chose Celebrity’s seating ensembles with custom finishes and fabrics, ensuring optimum viewing and localized concentration of sound dynamics.

Bremerton’s “wall stations” cleverly integrate Celebrity’s Isolation Sound Domes for dynamic but localized listening.

Components are vented with Celebrty’s Thermo Quad-Cooling System to ensure years of trouble-free, reliable performance, and all hardware is protected from damage or abuse with hinged, lockable metal plate covers.

Celebrity was asked by the U.S. Army Guard Hawaii to come up with a concept to renovate the aging Wheeler Bowling Center. MWR management wanted to remove four of the eight lanes and covert the captured space into a pilots’ lounge. Celebrity designed an aviation-theme lounge. An artist rendering was created along with the venue name “Hanger Lounge,” eventually opening as The Hangar Entertainment Center. The Bowling portion of the facility would have new lanes, pinsetters, comfort furniture and a high quality sound, light and video system.

Following about three years for funding approval, the Stellar Group, a prime MWR construction vendor based in Jacksonville, Florida, was brought in as the general contractor with Celebrity subcontracted for concept, technology and seating integration.

Cole Park Commons was a new construction project at Fort Campbell , Kentucky. Celebrity Systems was the AV consultant, Designer and installation contractor to The Korte Company, an Army MWR Prime Design and build contractor.

This project involved the new construction of a 37,000 square foot Golf Club and Confer-ence Center. Celebrity worked with MWR management, NAF Construction Engineers and the Korte Company Design Team.

The project also included entertainment, sound lighting and video, ballrooms where audio visual systems could operate independently or combine AV for multi-media pre-sentations, paging system, digital signage, and a digital surveillance system. In addition plasma screens and distributed audio systems were installed in two restaurants.

The requirement from Fort Irwin was to design and install a state-of-the-art audio visual system in two training rooms that is easy to operate and able to deliver a clear and concise message to students. Each session of the audio and video are recorded onto a DVD to be disbursed to remote units.

A wired touch screen control panel was located in the front of each classroom. The touch panels control audio and video switching, volume control, source and display selection. A wireless mouse was integrated with the control system.

A distributed audio system was installed to ensure sound pressure levels were even through out the rooms.

The classrooms are able to be linked together or be used independently.

Celebrity Systems Corporation was commissioned to conduct an on-site survey, analysis and preparation of a report to determine what audio/visual equipment was needed for each facility to operate as a state-of-the-art conference center. Celebrity subsequently completed four installations; Washington DC, San Diego, Bremerton and Jacksonville.

The on-site needs assessment included acoustical evaluation and recommendations, interior design review, feasibility of proposed installation, compilation of detailed measurements and dimensions, room space planning and room treatments, necessary electrical criteria/requirements, existing wall, ceiling, floor and other construction materials; evaluate existing lighting, sound and video systems, evaluate conference center equipment, and provide cost estimates.
